Before ordering and installation, please verify the mounting style, minimum cabinet size, exterior dimensions, countertop cutout, faucet hole placement, drain assembly, and existing plumbing alignment. Always re-measure both the actual sink and cut-out template before cutting countertops. We recommend consulting a licensed professional and following local plumbing and building codes.
Should I choose a single-bowl or double-bowl sink?
A single-bowl sink provides an expansive, uninterrupted basin ideal for washing large stockpots, baking sheets, and cookware. A double-bowl sink allows you to multitask, separating prep, washing, soaking, and drying. We recommend choosing based on your daily cooking habits, cookware size, and available cabinet space.
How do I care for and clean my stainless steel sink?
For daily maintenance, rinse with warm water, mild dish soap, and wipe dry with a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid steel wool, abrasive scouring pads, and harsh bleach or acidic cleaners. To prevent water spots or surface marks, do not leave standing water, food residues, or wet metal objects in the sink for prolonged periods.
What should I do if my sink arrives damaged or dented?
All LQS sinks are shipped in heavy-duty reinforced packaging. Before cutting countertops or beginning installation, inspect the packaging, sink body, and included parts. If you notice any transit damage, defects, or missing items, please keep the original packaging and contact support@lqssinks.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. Our customer support team will review your inquiry promptly and work closely with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
How much is shipping, and how long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping is available to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.
