2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

LQS offers kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, and sink accessories. We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, images, pricing, and availability accurately. However, product images and screen displays may not show colors or finishes exactly, and minor variations may occur.

Product specifications, availability, and pricing may change without notice to the extent permitted by law. Please review the product page and installation information before purchasing. If you have questions about compatibility, dimensions, installation, or included items, contact us before placing your order.

3. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including when product availability, pricing, order information, suspected fraud, or other circumstances require it. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any selected expedited-shipping charge are shown at checkout where applicable. We may correct pricing or listing errors, including after an order is submitted; if a correction materially affects your order, we will contact you or cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid for the unavailable item, as appropriate.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our current shipping terms are described in the Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. At the time of this draft, standard shipping is offered free within the contiguous United States (48 states), and expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or destinations outside the United States.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass as required by applicable law. Please inspect deliveries promptly and follow the Shipping Policy for reporting damage, loss, or delivery concerns.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTY

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Warranty coverage is governed by our Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. The current internal policy draft provides a 30-day limited warranty for sink bodies from delivery, with optional paid extended coverage when offered at checkout. These policies may contain eligibility requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. INSTALLATION AND PRODUCT SAFETY

Sinks and related products should be installed in accordance with the applicable instructions and local building, plumbing, and safety codes. Use a qualified professional when required or appropriate. You are responsible for confirming product compatibility with your countertop, cabinetry, plumbing, accessories, and intended use before installation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LQS is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, use of incompatible products, failure to follow instructions, or failure to comply with applicable codes.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product information, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to LQS and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Site may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers and shipping carriers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. LQS is not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies.

9. DISCLAIMERS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Except where expressly stated in a written warranty or where prohibited by law, LQS disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LQS and its affiliates, officers, employees, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Site, products, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LQS's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site, a product, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to LQS for the product or service giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LQS and its affiliates, officers, employees, suppliers, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the Site, or infringement of another person's rights.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
