Frequently Asked Questions
The Extended Warranty covers material and workmanship defects discovered after the standard 30-day warranty period. It applies to the sink itself — not accessories such as the bottom grid, drain assembly, or cutting board.
The following are not covered: damage from improper installation, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, and normal wear and tear. LQS does not provide on-site repair, installation reimbursement, labor costs, plumbing work, countertop cutting, or any third-party service expenses.
Coverage begins from your delivery date. The 1-Year Extended Warranty extends your total coverage to 13 months from delivery. The 2-Year Extended Warranty extends it to 25 months from delivery.
Contact LQS Customer Service with your order number, photos or videos of the defect, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
LQS does not repair sinks. If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement sink. We do not cover installation, labor, plumbing, or any associated third-party costs.
Yes — as long as your sink is still within its original 30-day warranty period, you can add Extended Warranty coverage. We recommend purchasing it together with your sink for seamless coverage.
